Dead Containment Update 0.2.0 - Level 2 Update


Level 2

This update adds Dead Containment's second level, the city streets. Players fight their way through the dusky city streets to the nearby police station in the search for survivors. As players progress, night will fall and plunge the streets into darkness.

The new level also adds multiple new enemy types, civilian rescue events, player chosen paths and the first boss fight. You can read more about the update additions in the full patch notes below.

GameJolt and Itch.io Support

This update will be the last content update for the demo versions of Dead Containment on Steam, GameJolt and Itch.io. All attention is now on getting the main game released next year as an early access title.

Bug Reports

No one wants bugs in their game and I try to my best to squish any I see. However, if you do find any bugs that I missed then please post a report on the official bug report thread here.

Multiplayer and Itch.io

Dead Containment's multiplayer uses Steam's online network, meaning matchmaking will not work on the Itch.io version of the game. Other players can still join over LAN or direct IP connect.
